Return & Exchange Policy

1. We offer 3 days for returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.  We also offer reverse pick-up services. With reverse shipment fee of Rs.130/- (free for Issued with defective, incorrect, or damaged products for three times per user).

2. Issued with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported us within 24 hrs of delivery.

3. To initiate a return & exchange request please email us to support@lunoviastyles.com or use live chat, while emailing please mention your Order ID. Our team will respond to your return requests within 24–72 working hours.

4. A reverse shipment charged Rs.100/- for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the Store coupon (if same user return or does exchange more than 3 times).

5. If the courier company is unable to pick up the return shipment, the customer will have to send the shipment back to the Company address in Contact Us page. The reverse pick up is subject to the availability of the service by the logistics by your area pin code.

7. A store coupon will be provided within 1-3 days working days from the day of return pickup done and the store coupon details will be informed through your registered email address/contact number.

8. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, without tags, the exchange/refund would not be provided.

9. Store coupon are non refundable; and are only redeemed in our Lunovia.

11. Cancellation of the order will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

12. Any Items purchased with coupons or in a BOGO sale i.e.(Buy  1 get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 3 Pay for 2 .. etc) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns and exchanges (this condition not for the persentage discount sales).

13. In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you will have to courier the product(s) to the following address in the Contact US page, from your own amount and risk (then reverse pickup charges are not be detucted from your coupon).

14. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit with Order ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
